Description

ATA Employment Solutions is accepting applications for a Banking Center Specialist for a bank located in Union City, TN. This is a full-time non-exempt position and offers competitive benefits. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm
Benefits: Medical, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401k with company match

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure that all clients receive professional and personalized service
  • Retain, build, and expand existing client relationships
  • New account openings
  • Loan administrative duties
  • Customer transactions
  • Account servicing
  • Identify and resolve complex customer service issues
  • Account maintenance
  • Maintain current knowledge of financial products and services
  • Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of banking or financial experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in teller work, new account openings, and loan administrative duties preferred but not required
  • Possess a high level of professionalism
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be customer focused and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment reference check, background check and credit check
