Center Point is accepting applications for a Customer Service Manager for a local businessThe primary function of the Customer Service Manager is to supervise dispatchers and reservationists to ensure customer satisfaction, and when situations occur to ensure the staff performs professionally and efficiently. The Customer Service Manager position is full-time with competitive benefits.

Job Type: Full-time 
Salary: $12-$13/hour
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Required Experience for Customer Service Manager:

  • Graduation from high school and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  College requirements may be waived with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to perform in a high-stress environment
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Must possess good human relation skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Must have good judgment and temperament to effectively and diplomatically deal with the public
