Description
ATA Employment Solutions is accepting applications for a Scheduling Coordinator for a well established facility in Memphis, TN that has been providing solutions for industrial and construction clients in the Mid-South since 1947. This position will be responsible for contacting customers with PM (preventative maintenance) agreements to schedule the maintenance to be performed. To be considered for this position, you must live in Memphis, TN or the surrounding area or you must be willing to relocate. This is not a remote position.

Job Type:
 Full-time, non-exempt
Salary: $16 - $20/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers with PM agreements to schedule the maintenance to be performed
  • Schedule PM techs and manage customer needs with available workforce
  • Keep PM Agreements up to date
  • Back up to Dispatch/Cartage
  • Prepare PM invoicing
  • Schedule all PM’s with customers by telephone
  • Schedule PM Service on Delta rental equipment
  • Dispatch technicians designated to perform planned maintenance and open work orders
  • Communicate with the Parts Department for required parts
  • Follow up with each customer after completion of the PM
  • Determine PM completion percentage for management. (PM completion rate is 100%)

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist Dispatcher with scheduling service calls
  • Assist with scheduling Cartage/Hauling
  • Assist in writing work order descriptions and finalizing work orders for closing
  • Assist in answering phone calls for dispatch and calls for the shop

Qualification Requirements:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in an office setting
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of communication and organizational skills to include the ability to apply logic and constructive thinking to solve problems
  • Provide effective oral and written communications to customers, management and vendors
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations, including decimals and percentages
  • Must be PC literate and possess a knowledge of general business procedures.
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 30 lbs.
  • Successful passing of a pre-employment drug test and background check will be a contingency of the job offer
