Description

Center Point is accepting applications for a Full-Time Guest Services Manager for the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Union City, TN.  

Job Type: Full-time 
Salary: $12.50 - $13.50/hour depending on experience.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Competitive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & paid vacation.

Must have @ least 2 years of hotel front desk management experience.
IHG front desk management experience is highly preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Guest Services Manager  include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greet all customers who approach the Front Desk in a smiling, friendly manner.
  • Check-in arriving guests & checkout departing guests.
  • Count the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Handle complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing needs.
  • Plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve team member performance.
