Center Point is accepting applications for a Parts Specialist position for Mahindra of KenTenn.

Job Type: Full-time with benefits
Pay:  Base + Commissions
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5, some Saturdays

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Parts Specialist position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist customers (in store, on the phone, and online) with parts inquiries
  • Record sales and/or counter transactions into POS system
  • Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
  • Upkeep of parts and sales floor
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
  • Order replacement parts
  • Receive, process, and pull parts order and put away stock order accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with pickups
  • Answer phones
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Complete required warranty paperwork

Required Experience for Parts Specialist Includes:
  • Parts experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks including counter sales, warehousing, data entry, and both internal and external customer requests
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have great communication skills
